Just a note to say thank you for selling my flat.

As you and Dean are aware, I had previously placed the property for sale with another well know local estate agent of good reputation with out success. After a period of about three months only four people came to view the flat and when I complained they informed me that the market was rather weak and that flats were difficult to sell. Of course I already knew that, and therefore what I needed was an agent that would make things happen rather than wait for them to happen.

I have to say that matters took a turn for the better after I contacted your company. Your marketing techniques have been far more proactive, and more people came to view the flat over a short period of time which has resulted in a quick sale and completion. Selling property is complicated and I appreciated your patience in explaining all the details to me and keeping me up to date with events as they developed.

Yours is a new organisation and I have noticed a number of your For Sales signs in the locality, which seem not to take very long to become Sold signs. I therefore wish you good luck for the future and once again take the opportunity to thank you for all your help.
